(ANSA) - NEW YORK, MARCH 21 - The Russian Foreign Ministry has summoned the American Ambassador John Sullivan and handed him a note of protest against Joe Biden's "unacceptable" comments on Russian President Vladimir Putin, defined as a "war criminal" and "murderous dictator".
