According to the emergency services, 3 of the victims were stabbed while the fourth, who was riding a bicycle, was hit by the attacker with her car.
The Israeli Bedouin responsible for the terrorist attack is from the Hura area in the Negev and, according to the media, had previously been in prison as a member of a terrorist group.
He was shot by a bus driver who got out to help the people attacked.
According to an initial reconstruction by the police, the man arrived by car at a petrol station in the city where he stabbed a woman, then returned to the car and hit the cyclist.
He then went to the mall where, after leaving the vehicle, he stabbed another man and another woman.
