The M5s has called the assembly of members for the online consultation on the re-election of Giuseppe Conte.

Voting takes place from 8 on 27 March 2022 to 22:00 on 28 March, continuously, in a single call.

To call the consultation of M5s members for the votes of 27 and 28 March is the deputy vice president of the M5s, Paola Taverna "in her own capacity".

Also in this consultation round, those registered for less than 6 months are excluded from the vote.

Members also vote for the election of a member of the Guarantee Committee.

Jacopo Berti and Laura Bottici are the M5s candidates to replace Luigi Di Maio at the Movement's Guarantee Committee.

The Movement's blog announces it.

The Guarantee Committee is composed of three members elected on the network from a shortlist of at least six names proposed by the Guarantor from among those elected and formerly elected in compliance with the principles of protection of minorities and gender representation.

The Articles of Association provide that, in the event of premature missing of a member, it will be replaced within at least two names proposed by the Guarantor.

The replacement remains in office until the expiry of the Guarantee Committee in office at the time of the replacement.

After the

Luigi Di Maio's exit is therefore necessary to elect a member of the Committee currently composed of Roberto Fico and Virginia Raggi, already elected.

The shortlist of two names proposed by the Guarantor from among the elected and formerly elected respects "the principles of protection of minorities and gender representation"

The M5s assembly convened for 27 and 28 March will also vote for the election of three members of the College of Arbitrators.

Candidates are Tiziana Ciprini, Fabiana Dadone, Barbara Floridia, Andrea Greco, Andrea Liberati and Danilo Toninelli.

The vote provides for gender preference.

In fact, the three candidates who have received the greatest number of preferences will be proclaimed elected;

in the event that the first two candidates who have received the greatest number of preferences are of the same gender, the candidate of the different gender who has obtained more preferences will be proclaimed elected as the third member.

In the event of a tie - specifies the M5s on the blog - the youngest candidate among those who have received the same number of preferences will be proclaimed elected.

M5s members are called on 27 and 28 March to vote for the ratification of previous resolutions and to renew some appointments.

These include the election of Roberto Fico and Virginia Raggi as members of the Guarantee Committee and the election of Roberto Fraccaro as a member of the Board of Arbitrators, approved last September.

It also votes for the destination of the refunds of the national spokespersons, for the approval of access to 2X1000 and to private financing in a facilitated way.

The election of Michele Gubitosa, Riccardo Ricciardi, Paola Taverna, Alessandra Todde and Mario Turco as Vice Presidents is also renewed (with clarification of the subsequent conferral of the position of Deputy Vice President to Paola Taverna) and the establishment of Committees provided for by the Statute optionally,
