There are some indications that you may not really be particularly popular with your colleagues.

At work* not everyone has to be great friends.

However, it is pleasant and helpful when colleagues in the team get along well - which not least promotes performance.

But interpersonal communication in the office doesn't always work out.

name six indications that you can see that you are "not particularly popular" with your colleagues and that "there is an urgent need for action" on your part.

If you often find yourself alone, others seem to avoid you.

2. You almost never get congratulated.

Whether it's a birthday, the birth of a child, a company anniversary or a wedding: As the experts say, congratulating in such cases is the "topmost duty of a colleague" and is only polite.

But what if your colleagues hold back?

5. You are constantly being criticized:

If your colleagues simply don't miss an opportunity "to choke on you - sometimes subtly, sometimes openly," that's another indication, the experts advise.

6. You don't get any information

: "What the boss said in the meeting yesterday. Who the HR department is currently looking for. What the IT guys are working on. Why the new one has become impossible after just three days: Colleagues know all this and share it information but not with you", according to the career bible, this is another indication.

"Even when asked, the answers are monosyllabic - perhaps because they don't want you to know."
