Principles of a sensible diet with endometriosis


1. Reduction of processed / ultra-processed food:

This is an industrial food to which various industrial additives have been added, such as flavorings, preservatives, emulsifiers, food coloring and more.

It is recommended to eat simple raw foods such as vegetables, fruits, fish, legumes, whole grains, goat yogurt, foods with green marking and more.

5. Dairy products are important as a source of calcium and vitamin D, therefore recommended for eating.

You should try products based on goat's milk and avoid drinking Niger cow's milk.



6. It is recommended to consume a variety of fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants.

If possible you should avoid pesticides and prefer organic, it is especially recommended that the leafy vegetables be organic or hydroponic.
