More than a decade ago, the members of Habasta tried a similar move, with a Jerusalem mixed in its heart.

There was talk then of a craving for street food, of "eating and going on," and even of Arais, at the last point in time when this dish was observed to arouse curiosity and interest apparently.

That venture bled, but the passion remained.
