Bridgerton Producers Reveal Amazing Hints About Season 3

So far, Netflix seasons of Bridgerton have followed Julia Quinn's book order.

For seasons three and four, however, there could be a different order.

The second season of "Bridgerton" has just started on Netflix - and there are already hints of season three.

On March 25, 2022, the new episodes of "Bridgerton" season two started on Netflix*.

Within a few days, the fictional historical drama secured first place in the Netflix* Top 10.

It remains to be seen whether that will be enough to win back the title as the most successful Netflix series of all time.

The fans should be more interested in when and how the third season will continue.

In an interview with US magazine

, moderator Lauren Zima was able to elicit a few clues from producers Shonda Rhimes and Chris Van Dusen.

Netflix: "Bridgerton" seasons 3 and 4 will probably be different

The Bridgerton series is based on the Julia Quinn book series.

So, fans of the books know what to expect.

Seasons one and two obviously stuck to that template.

But that could change in seasons three and four.

Although the individual seasons are still about the eight Bridgerton siblings, a significant change is to be expected.

"There are eight Bridgerton siblings, so we plan to follow each one's love story," Rhimes confirmed.

But the showrunner also makes it clear that you wouldn't necessarily stick to the book order.

, but we'll see each of the siblings and their stories," she continues.

Adds producer Van Dusen, "I can't say anything more after this season, [but] it's always been my goal to focus on a different Bridgerton sibling each season, and it's no secret that there are eight Bridgerton." There are siblings.” It has been clear since April 2021 that there will be a third and fourth season.

But who will season three be about?

If it were up to the book, then it would be the turn of the story about Benedict Bridgerton.

Whether that's the case or not, Rhimes didn't want to say in the conversation.

It's a spoiler, I can't," the showrunner said.

But she indicated that season three is already in the works — at least as far as creative writing goes.

If Van Dusen had his way, season three would be happy to focus on Benedict's love story.

“I love the story of Benedict.

I love his story and all those siblings, all those characters for different reasons.

They all offer something new,” says the producer.

"I think that for me was the real appeal of a project like this, the fact that we can tell these completed love stories and shift the

," he continued.

As long as there are no concrete statements, the fans have no choice but to wait and see.
