Ferretti yachts, the group based in Forlì, will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from 31 March.
In fact, the company closed the ipo launched with an offer price of 22.88 Hong Kong dollars per share (equivalent to 2.66 euros).
The market capitalization is 890 million euros and the total capital raised is 1,771.4 million Hong Kong dollars (approximately 206 million).
The net proceeds, or approximately 206 million euros (assuming that the over-allotment option is not exercised), will be used to expand the product portfolio and further enhance "end-to-end" operational excellence. ;
to enrich its unique portfolio of ancillary services and to expand into the most promising verticals;
finally, the further development of brand expansion activities and other general corporate purposes.
Ferretti has offered a total of 83,580,000 shares in the global offering.
The shares initially offered under the International Offering were oversubscribed and represented approximately 2.06 times the total number of 75,222,000 shares initially available with the international offering.
The shares initially offered as part of the Hong Kong public offering were oversubscribed and represented approximately 1.07 times the total number of 8,358,000 shares initially available.
