Ingredients
500 g entrecote is also possible sirloin
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon oregano
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 units of tomatoes
2 units hot pepper
2 units onions
2 zucchini units

Preparation
How do you make grilled entrecote chunks with roasted Omar Miller vegetables?
1 In a bowl, mix honey, herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper and spread the meat well.
2 Place the meat on the grill and roast for about 20 minutes.
Simultaneously roast tomatoes, onions, hot peppers and zucchini.
4 Place the tomatoes on a serving plate and chop.
5 Place roasted meat slices and sprinkle with zucchini, onions and hot peppers, salt and pepper and some more olive oil on top.
