How many times a week is it recommended to take a shower to stay healthy?

("Story in a Minute" system)

Come on, we may never admit it to others - but here it's just us and you: Is it true that our foxes smell much worse when we release them in the shower?

Let’s face it # 2: Each of us quite likes his or her own smell of farts - so how is it that when they come out to us in the shower the smell is unbearable?

You also got to wonder if it was because you ate something bad?

So let us make it clear: the unpleasant swelling you smelled in the shower is not a product of the spicy or spoiled food you ate.

Experts claim that there are no less than 3 reasons for the intensity of the smell, and they are not related to what you ate - but to the fact that it happens in the shower.

Julie Thompson, chief information officer at Guts UK, says humans typically fart 14 to 23 times a day, though this can vary from 3 to 40 depending on diet.

According to her, under normal circumstances "stinking swelling is caused as a result of chemicals produced from bacterial fermentation in the gut. Certain foods, such as garlic and onions, can produce stinking gases."

However, stinking gases from Jericho food are equally bad in and out of the shower, so why do "tolerable" gases smell worse in the shower?

Hussein Abda, clinical director at Medicine Direct, spoke to the Dailystar about the issue and explained that our swelling no longer stinks when released in the shower - but is simply more noticeable.

He explained: "There is no evidence that the swelling smells worse in the shower than anywhere else. However, environmental factors are what make the smell much more pronounced. The first reason is that you are naked. When you fart dressed, some of the smell and gas are absorbed by clothes "Yours, which often disguises some of them. However, when you are naked in the shower, there is no such barrier. It means that your nostrils will carry the full force of the swelling."

He adds: "The second reason is that the shower is an enclosed space, and the smell is especially noticeable if you have a shower surrounded by glass windows. This means that not only does your naked body have a fabric barrier, the smell will also remain in a confined space, making it much more noticeable."

The third reason has to do with our nostrils.

Hussein explained: "In a hot shower the steam improves your sense of smell. It makes your nostrils much more sensitive to abnormal odors. This is why you always smell your shampoo and body soap well when you shower - but less well when you get out of it. Studies show dampness can help my son "A person smells odors in smaller concentrations, which means that a stinking swell will smell twice as bad in a situation like this."

So here's the triple threat: nudity, closed space and sensitive nostrils.

The reason your swelling smells worse in the shower does not depend on what you ate - but on the territory in which you are.
