Accepted by the Supreme Court, for the purposes of the compensation to be established in civil proceedings, the appeal of the Lega leader Matteo Salvini against a former dem municipal councilor of the Municipality of Rovereto, Paola Mirandola, denounced by the former minister for having said during the municipal council of 2 March 2015: 'Salvini in jail, a rascal, a habitual criminal by trend', thus reacting to a Northern League councilor who wore the 'Renzi at home' t-shirt.
The Rovereto Court had acquitted him, considering the sentences offensive but justified by the political context.
For the 'ermellini' instead they have "infamous" connotations.
