Did you know that Jennifer Aniston hardly played Rachel in "Friends"?

("Story in a Minute" system)

In perfect contrast to the bad cook who is Rachel from "Friends", Jennifer Aniston who plays her would surprise her friends on the set with a perfect salad (which will look very familiar to us Israelis) and he even won a paragon from Monica, or rather from Courtney Cox (because anyway , In what universe will Monica feed on someone else's food?).

Lovely Delites food blogger Hannah from Los Angeles claims that the Hollywood star's burgul salad - which has become a regular on the set of "friends" for her 10 years - will beautifully practice your cutting skills, as the ingredients have to be cut into ultra-thin cubes for maximum flavor. .

The salad - which is a unique (and very Israeli - just look at the ingredients) version of the traditional Cub salad - was first brought to our consciousness in 2010, when "Friends" star Courtney Cox shared details about it in an interview with the Los Angeles Times and revealed at the time that Aniston Prepared it for her teammates daily.

"It was a cob salad that Jennifer made with turkey bacon and grabenzo beans and I do not know what else ...", she shared, "she's just good with food and it really helps. If you go eat the same salad every day for 10 years, It should be a good salad, isn't it? "

The salad has now gained renewed fame thanks to the tiktok, where a number of amateur sanities, including Hannah, detailed and demonstrated how to make Aniston's favorite salad - only in their version the salad is much healthier and they claim the salad was based on burgul with red onion, chickpeas and lots of herbs .

This claim comes from an Instagram post published by Aniston in 2015 where she called a mixture of burgul, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, chickpeas, feta cheese and pistachios - "my perfect salad".
