The amount offered for the upgrade, according to the company's announcement, is according to the choice of the customers participating in the tender, from the minimum threshold price set by the company and in a price range that varies depending on the flight destination and seat availability.
The submission of the offer will be possible at the end of the flight ticket purchase process and up to 36 hours before the departure date in "Booking Management" on the home page.
About 30 hours before the flight, the customer will be notified whether the offer has been accepted and he has been upgraded, or whether his offer has been rejected.
The proposed amount will only be charged if the upgrade offer has been accepted.
