“My anxiety (especially social anxiety) has been pretty high lately.

But I've come to a point where I no longer feel guilty about suffering from it.

I love having my own space and time to myself,” she wrote to her 229 million Instagram followers.

If she feels less guilty, it is in particular because she has found various means which help her to start her day "in a calm and more positive state of mind", she specifies.

To do this, in the morning and before turning on her phone, Kendall Jenner performs ten deep breaths.

She then goes to her garden and takes the pen.
