In 2016, Dieter Hallervorden, 86, made his relationship with Christiane Zander, 56, public – now the two apparently want to get married.
"We dare," said the actor and comedian of the "Bild am Sonntag".
The couple has been engaged since November.
"Of course I proposed to her," says Hallervorden.
“The seven-year itch is behind us.
Now we finally want to seal our life motto with the covenant of marriage: forever and ever!«
For Hallervorden it would be the third marriage.
He was last married to Elena Blume.
In the 1970s, Hallervorden wrote television history with his sketches in »Nonstop Nonsens«; in later years he also acted in films such as »His Last Race« and »Honig im Kopf«.
He directs the Berlin Schlosspark-Theater.
Zander used to work as a stunt woman.
