Passover rolls have a special and unique taste just for them.
A festive taste of rolls that have been waiting for them all year and if you still do not have a good recipe for kosher rolls for Passover, this is exactly the recipe you need.
Soft and airy rolls that can be cut, filled with spreads or any filling you like.
They are made of puffed dough, reminiscent of that of puff pastry.
Start by cooking the water and oil on the fire, add the matzah flour in one, stir well and then stir in the eggs one by one.
You can season the dough with your favorite spices like chilli grits and even hyssop for making rolls in different flavors and also sprinkle them over different kernels, coarse salt or sesame seeds.

Kosher rolls for Passover from matzah flour
Ingredients
For the bun dough:
1 buckwheat
½ Curd oil or 70 grams butter / margarine / natura
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon of sugar
Ground black pepper or ground chili (permission)
½1 cups matzah flour
5 eggs

Coarse salt / sesame seeds / pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds

Preparation
How to make Passover rolls?
1 Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and line a pan with baking paper.
2 In a medium saucepan, add water, oil, salt, pepper and sugar and bring to a boil until the sugar melts.
3 Remove from the heat and immediately add the matzah flour.
Mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until the dough separates from the sides of the pot.
4 Add the eggs, one at a time, while stirring, and mix well to a uniform mixture.
5 Wet your hands slightly and form balls of the desired size.
Place in a pan, at 4 cm intervals. Sprinkle over coarse salt / sesame seeds / pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds.
Bake in the hot oven for 50-40 minutes until the rolls are golden and ready.
