A train trip to Frankfurt am Main came to an unplanned and premature end for Mario Barth: The 49-year-old clashed with a train attendant because he is said to have not worn his mask correctly.

The conductor finally called the police – the comedian had to leave the train with reference to the house rules in Hanau, as can be seen from a video clip that Barth published on his Facebook page and lasted about 45 minutes.

The comedian tries to explain that he took off the mask to drink.

He also announced that he would clarify the matter legally and would like to involve his lawyers.

Deutsche Bahn commented under the video in typical Mario Barth manner: “Masks are compulsory on our trains, you know?” A spokesman for the group told the “t-online” portal: “The statutory mask requirement applies on our trains.

That also applies to Mario Barth.«
