A young woman in her 20s, a resident of the north, was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of deliberately disconnecting feeding tubes that were connected to a two-month-old baby at Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem.
Nurses in the ward who noticed what was happening assisted the baby, and the report was passed to the police - the suspect was taken for questioning.
