A 41-year-old died after a techno party in Bochum – now a suspected bouncer has to be taken into custody.
The public prosecutor and the police announced that the 42-year-old bouncer was being investigated for bodily harm resulting in death.
The security guard is said to have had a physical altercation with the 41-year-old early Sunday morning.
According to a statement from the police and prosecutors, the 41-year-old was expelled from the hall at the techno party.
The man then asked for admission again and got into an argument with the security staff.
Violence appears to be the cause of death
There had been fisticuffs in which an employee fixed the 41-year-old.
Suddenly the man had to be resuscitated.
He was then taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead after several hours of attempts to revive him.
The autopsy showed that violence was the cause of death, the statement said.
A homicide squad was set up to investigate the incident.
