(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, APRIL 11 - Britney Spears announced that she was pregnant with her third child, six months after a judge ended the legal protection of her father who, she had announced, had prevented her from attempting a new pregnancy.
"I took a test ... and uhhhhh well ... I'm about to have a baby," wrote the 40-year-old pop star on Instagram.
"I thought 'Damn ... what happened to my stomach ???'", wrote Spears, who has been engaged to SamAsghari, 28, since September.
Six months ago, after 13 years, a Los Angeles court overturned the legal custody that subjected all charges and expenses of the 'pop princess' to her father Jamie.
Spears' two oldest sons, Sean and Jayden, are 16 and 15 years old.
