Ingredients

    • 3 white onions, chopped

    • 1 hot, chopped chili pepper

    • 10 cloves of crushed garlic

    • 200 grams of pine nuts

    • 1 kg Gashitel trolley, cut into strips

    • Salt

    • pepper

    • 1 lemon

  • To serve:

    • ½1 cups white rice

    • Chopped parsley

Preparation

How to make sheitel and pine nuts on white rice?

  • 1 Chop the onions and fry in a pan until browned.

  • 2 Add the chili and garlic cloves and continue to fry for about a minute.

  • 3 Add the pine nuts, fry for another minute, then add the sheitel strips.

    Fry until medium done.

  • 4 Add salt and pepper to taste, and squeeze over lemon juice.

  • 5 Garnish with chopped parsley and serve on white rice.
