Three months after the new and intriguing food reality of "Network 13" aired, tonight (Tuesday) the premiere season of "The Next Restaurant" came to an end, and the winner is Idan Bouchari, with Mileage Restaurant.
He will open it at the Brut Hotel, from the Brown Hotel chain in Tel Aviv.

Two restaurants have reached the finals: "Mileage" by chef Idan "Pompi" Bouchari, which serves seasonal local food, and "ANAND" restaurant by chef Rinat Yinsman, which serves Indian food.
At the end of the final broadcast, Bushari received the best grade point average, consisting of the four judges, restaurant critic Jonathan Rochefeld, restaurant investors, spectators, diners, and will open a restaurant for the year.
Bushari, 30, from Jerusalem, integrates at-risk youth into his kitchen.
At the age of 21, he auditioned for "Chef Games" and did not pass, but there he met Assaf Granit, a judge on the show, who took him under his wing.
After three years of culinary specialization, he flew to work in a restaurant in New York and became addicted to drugs.
Upon his return to the country, Granit was the one who put him in a rehab center and from there he returned to the trajectory of his life and also to work for the successful chef.
Today, he also teaches cooking to at-risk youth, as a fix to his life as a teenager and his dream is to open a restaurant that will employ at-risk youth.
And tonight it came true.
Rinat Yinsman, 38, from Kfar Yona, married with four children, came in second.
Rinat is a teacher and educator in an elementary school and alongside that she is also an instructor of Indian cooking workshops.
In 2005 she participated in the Beauty Queen pageant and won the title of Ten Beauty Girl.
She grew up in an Indian home and indulged in her mother’s Indian cooking.
If as a child she was ashamed of her roots originating in India, today through food she connected back to the origins.
The original food reality of Network 13 is built on an extraordinary promise for the viewers and viewers.

The launch episode of "Israel's Next Restaurant" settled for a rating of 15.9 percent (431,000 viewers), and was broadcast in an unusual move with no commercials during it.
