Drinking is important - but why exactly is drinking important?

And why is it particularly important to prevent heart disease?

Maryland – Headaches, dizziness, trouble concentrating: these are common signs of not drinking enough fluids.

Liquid, preferably water, is known to be essential for the human body to survive, since our body cannot function without liquid and the metabolic processes can only run to a limited extent.

You can find out what consequences a lack of liquid can have for the body at 24vita.de.*

The body of an adult consists of about 65 percent, that of an infant even about 80 percent water.

On average, an adult loses about two to three liters of body fluid per day during metabolic processes.

If the body is fed too little water regularly and over the long term, this can have fatal consequences.
