The message to her almost 700,000 followers was short and simple.
"Hey" wrote Ireland Baldwin under a photo on Instagram, which showed her in an unusual pose.
The model wore a face wrap and moments later shared what it was all about.
According to Baldwin, he underwent a so-called facetite, a special skin tightening method on his chin.
An approximately one-hour procedure in the practice using high-frequency radio waves.
She spoke openly about her recovery process and showed herself, among other things, at her cousin's side, who also confided in a doctor.
Not everyone liked her transparent approach.
"Does it really have to be at the age of 26?" wrote a follower.
Other users accused her, among other things, of preferring an intervention to a real diet.

Baldwin responded to this in a video.
“You have to make a choice: either you're angry with people who don't tell you honestly and openly what they had done.
Or you're angry because people have had things done to them."
Baldwin, the daughter of Hollywood stars Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger, explained why she was doing a "facetite."
"The reason I got it done is because I had this very stubborn accumulation of fat and extra skin under my face," the model said.
Despite eating disorders when she was younger, she had the same problems.
It got worse with age and weight.
She spent a long time finding out how a possible intervention could be avoided.
However, she made it clear that it was a minimally invasive treatment and not an operation.
She is thankful for the body she has.
"There's nothing else I would want to change about myself," Baldwin said.
Otherwise, everything about her is "real," and she denied rumors that Baldwin had lip filler.
