The psychologist Carlos Díaz, the medical coordinator Nancy Forlini and the nursing coordinator Mariano Perroni, the nurses Ricardo Almirón and Dahiana Madrid and the clinical doctor Pedro Pablo Di Spagna were also indicted.
According to prosecutors, the "omissions" and mistreatment of eight health professionals responsible for Maradona put him in a "situation of powerlessness", abandoning him "to his fate" during a "scandalous" home hospitalization.
