This wonderful and delicious pan bread is a relative of the Colombian harp and a close relative of the Mexican tortilla.
It too is made from corn flour like the other two, but slightly thicker than the tortilla and has no pocket like the larva.
What is certain is that you will enjoy making it because it is simple and easy and even more enjoy eating it.
You can stack chopped or stir-fried meat, fish, vegetables on it and eat with pleasure.
With all due respect to Passover rolls and matzah, Passover has never been tastier.

Ingredients
1 bag of corn flour (500 g)
5 tablespoons potato flour
1 lukewarm buckwheat
1 teaspoon salt
1 small onion, grated on a fine grater

Preparation
How to make pan bread from corn flour?
1 Mix all the ingredients well and set aside to rest for 15 minutes.
2 Divide you dough into eight balls.
3 Place each ball on a hot and lightly greased pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
