I make this pot when I want to impress and I do not have much gas time.
Do not laugh at me!
When I put some pots on the stove and I have no place, and I have to make do as much as possible because Saturday comes in early or I have special guests I want to pamper - then I need "gas time".
Note that asado is a large portion and has a high fat percentage, but it has areas with less fat.
It is important to buy a suitable portion because it is a very important part of the success of the recipe!
You should check with the butcher and tell him that you are asking for asado with a little fat.
And do me a favor, for the first time follow the instructions, and later the sky is the limit!
It is always possible to upgrade, refine and enrich.
And now, ten minutes of work, three hours of baking and it's yours!

Ingredients
3 kg of gasado (shepondera), with as little fat as possible with the bone
¼ Olive oil
1 teaspoon onion soup powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chicken grill
1 teaspoon lamb seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
½ As a nutmeg pita
½ As mustard seeds
As a cumin
3-4 sliced onions
12 cloves of peeled garlic
4-5 whole bell peppers
20 small, or 4 large, diced potatoes
2 coarsely chopped carrots

Preparation
How to make asado in the oven with ease?
1 Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
Place the meat in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle spices and massage the chunks thoroughly into the mixture, on all sides.
2 Heat a heavy skillet and roast the meat from all directions, at least 10 minutes (keep the bowl of meat aside).
3 Add the potatoes, garlic and carrots to the bowl of oil and spices and mix.
Arrange the onion slices in the bottom of a roaster pan with a matching lid.
Transfer the slices and arrange between them garlic, allspice, potatoes and carrots.
Seal the mold and put in the oven for half an hour.
5 Lower the heat to 170 degrees and roast for another two hours.
Check, and if the meat is tender - take out.
If not, wait another quarter of an hour, roof for half an hour, and take out.
This is, soft and delicious ...

upgrades:
Add half a glass of red wine at the end of the pan pan.
Add a packet of chestnuts along with the potatoes.
