The new generations come face to face with bankers to discuss the future of the economy and the sense of belonging to the European Union.
With this goal, 'Young Factor' was born, a dialogue between young people, economy and finance, promoted by Intesa Sanpaolo and the Permanent Youth-Editors Observatory.
Young people must be put in a "position to contribute more to the competitiveness of the country. We focus on their energy to make them the leading edge of the real economy, we at Intesa Sanpaolo will be at their side. The PNRR is an important ally in making this leap in investments and projects designed for them. The whole country will benefit from them ", said Carlo Messina, CEO of Intesa Sanpaolo, during the presentation of the international conference scheduled in Milan from 14 to 16 June.
The event will be attended by the vice president of the ECB, Luis De Guindos, and six Governors of European central banks (Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Holland).
The occasion will be open discussion with 350 upper secondary school students from different European countries to discuss the issue of economic and financial literacy as an opportunity capable of influencing the recovery and the future of Europe.
It is also an important opportunity to strengthen young people's sense of belonging to the European Union.
"We have promoted" Young Factor "to put the involvement of young people in decisions that matter to our community at the center of the agenda of European priorities.
The convinced adhesion of the major bankers in Europe shows that this meeting is not only possible, but it is necessary ", highlighted Andrea Ceccherini, president of the Permanent Youth - Editors Observatory.
Students attending the event will also have the opportunity to meet Antonio Patuelli (President of ABI), Andrea Orcel (CEO of Unicredit), Gian Maria Gros-Pietro (President of Intesa Sanpaolo), Francesco Profumo (President of Acri), and other leading figures in the world of finance.
