Mollicone crime: coroner, could have been saved

Unconscious for 6 hours, killed by suffocating with adhesive tape (ANSA) "After the violent blow against the door of the Arce barracks, Serena fell unconscious due to some skull fractures but could be rescued. Instead, she was left in these conditions for 4/6 hours before being killed by the tape adhesive that was applied to his mouth and nose causing suffocation ".     This is what was reported before the Court of Assizes by the coroner Luisa Regimenti who illustrated


"After the violent blow against the door of the Arce barracks, Serena fell unconscious due to some skull fractures but could be rescued. Instead, she was left in these conditions for 4/6 hours before being killed by the tape adhesive that was applied to his mouth and nose causing suffocation ".


    This is what was reported before the Court of Assizes by the coroner Luisa Regimenti who illustrated the advice given by the family of the young woman who died on June 1, 2001 in the town in the province of Frosinone.

Five people are accused of this incident: the Carabinieri Marshal Franco Mottola, former commander of the Arce station, his wife Anna Maria, his son Marco, the marshal Vincenzo Quatrale and the constable Francesco Suprano.

The Mottola and Quatrale are accused of complicity in


murder and Suprano of aiding and abetting.



According to the civil counsel, Mollicone's death occurred "between 3 pm and 7 pm" on June 1st 21 years ago.

During her speech in the Regiments classroom, to those of the defenses who pointed out that the signs found on the door jamb are 150 cm from the ground and therefore at a height higher than that of the victim, she replied that that day "Serena was wearing shoes with a heel of 3 cm and an inner sole: a total of five centimeters more in height ".
