At the same time, this combination reduces hunger in the morning and you automatically eat less.

Those who tolerate the warm lemon water well can also take it with their meals in the morning, at noon and in the evening.

But don't overdo it, because the citric acid can irritate the stomach in the long term in sensitive people.

Just find out the right amount for you and please never think of lemon water as a substitute for balanced meals.
