(ANSA) - LODI, APRIL 27 - Angelina Barini, 43, the Canadian escort accused of causing the death by poisoning of the chef from Lodi of Cipriani Dolci in New York, Andrea Zamperoni, 33 - found dead on 21 August 2019 in a Queens motel - was sentenced by the Brooklyn District Court to 30 years in prison.
The woman allegedly used a drug cocktail, including the powerful opioid fentanyl.
The sentence was delivered overnight by Judge Brian Cogan.
