Didier Raoult, suspected of having conducted potentially fraudulent clinical trials within the IHU Méditerranée Infection, now risks legal proceedings.
This Wednesday, the ANSM indicates in a press release that it is "taking legal action again and initiating administrative proceedings", after having carried out an inspection at the IHU, which revealed "serious breaches and non-compliance with the regulations research involving the human person (RIPH), in particular from an ethical point of view”.
The Agency, which indicates that it carried out these checks "following reports within the framework of our whistleblower system", says that it has "highlighted the use of combinations of antibiotics different from international recommendations and potentially dangerous for the patients ".
