Court of Pesaro
, with a provision issued yesterday April 28 and filed today, accepted the appeal presented by the lawyers Andrea Nobili and Bernardo Becci of the NBBZ firm of Ancona, for the mother of a minor who also asked for the recognition of the maternal surname of her child,
despite the opposition of the father
.
According to the two lawyers, this is the first decision of this type in Italy after the very recent ruling of the Council, which "is expressly referred to in the decree of the Court of Pesaro, which ordered the Registrar of the Municipality where the minor resides change of birth status, adding the maternal surname ".
