This weekend, the Las Vegas Cinema-Con, the annual convention of the U.S. Cinema Owners Association, closes, and the good news is one thing: the film industry is gearing up for this summer, hoping to return to the huge revenue before Corona.

As part of the conference, the big studios in Hollywood showcased their heavy guns for the coming months.

The plot will follow the pets of the superheroes.

Johnson, a true superhero when it comes to the profits he brings to the studios, received the "Global Cinema Icon of the Decade" award at the conference.

Disney Studios gave a preview of Pixar's animated film "Light Years" at the conference.

The film focuses on the background story of astronaut Buzz Lightyear from the "Toy Story" series.

Other Disney films screened at the conference: the comedy-drama "Amsterdam," with an ensemble that includes actors such as Christian Bale, Robert De Niro and Taylor Swift;

And the long-awaited sequel "Avatar 2," which will be released in December.

Avatar director James Cameron told the conference that there is no substitute for the cinematic experience.

According to him, the trailer for the sequel will first be released for the big screen this coming weekend, at the screenings of the new Marvel movie "Dr. Strange in the Dimensions of Madness".

Warner Bros. Studios presented sequels to Aqua Man and Shazam at the conference.

"Shazam 2" is joined by actress Helen Mirren, and she told the conference that she enjoys playing villain.

The studios have also officially announced a sequel to "Batman," starring Robert Pattinson.

In addition, excerpts from Australian director Buzz Lorman's new film ("Mulan Rouge," "The Great Gatsby") about Elvis Presley were screened, and an exclusive preview of "Wonka" starring Timothy Shalama, as the young version of Willy Wonka, the book's protagonist, was screened. "Charlie in the kingdom of chocolate".

Universal Studios' presentation included, among other things, a peek at the films: Oscar-winning director Oscar Phil's new horror thriller ("Run Away"), the dinosaur film "Shooter World: A New World", a new "Minions" film, a romantic comedy starring Julia Roberts and George Clooney and a drama about a pair of New York Times reporters who exposed the Harvey Weinstein affair.

The pre-premiere sequel "Love in the Sky: Maverick" with Tom Cruise was also premiered at the conference, three weeks before it was screened at the Cannes Film Festival.

Another pre-premiere film is Blackhead, a horror film starring Ethan Hawke.
