Bologna coach
Sinisa Mihajlovic
has been discharged from the Sant'Orsola hospital.
The news was given by
Bologna
who added that the rossoblù guide is "in good general condition".
The man had been hospitalized since the end of March for a therapy aimed at preventing the reappearance of the disease against which he had struggled in recent years.
It was he himself who communicated his hospitalization following a relapse of leukemia that hit him in July 2019 and for which he underwent a bone marrow transplant in November of the same year.
"The disease has returned - he declared - this time I will play early".
Mihajlovic, after his discharge from the hospital, is returning to Rome to spend a few days with his family, at least a couple.
His boys, who had gone to see him under the window of his hospital room the day after his victory with Inter, are waiting for him in Casteldebole, where they will resume training on Wednesday.
The coach, despite being weakened by the treatments, is talking with the doctors to understand when he can come back to the field as a team, club and staff: at least until Wednesday he will stay with the family, then from Thursday, every day will be good for his return to Casteldebole. .
Obviously, as long as he gets the green light from the doctors.
