(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 02 - The Ukrainian attorney general Iryna Venediktova has announced that the authorities have identified the first Russian suspected of carrying out a massacre of civilians in Bucha.
It would be Sergey Kolotsey, commander of a unit of the Russian National Guard, reports the Kyiv Independent, citing a post by the prosecutor on Fb.
According to Bucha police and prosecutors, Kolotsey allegedly killed four unarmed men on March 18 and tortured another civilian on March 29.
