Cabaret artist Lisa Eckhart knows how to provoke.
Now she's back after a two-year break due to the pandemic.
And how!
Their "unabashed special edition" of their program "The Advantages of Vice" once again inspires with insidious subtleties - impressively good!
She used
to be
the causative agent.
Then this stupid corona virus came along and pushed Lisa Eckhart off her throne.
But the 29-year-old is back.
On May 1st at Leo17 in Munich with an "unabashed special edition" of their well-known program "The Advantages of Vice";
a highly dangerous variant that will make everyone laugh.
Lisa Eckhart: with the greatest condescension and the highest nobility
As always, Eckhart doesn't run onto the stage, she appears.
Sits down on the bar stool, one long bare leg crossed over the other long bare leg.
And then she gets going, with the greatest condescension and the greatest noblesse, she utters the most insidious vulgarities, as if they were all generalities.
Sebastian Kurz (“How it ended with him – somehow unsatisfactory. Like Hitler slipped in the bathroom in 1945”), “the Jew”, French, Pakistani, women who date much older men (“It’s probably like that a housewife thing: you still want to use the leftovers") have to believe in her.
That is so impressive because Eckhart is not an anti-Semite, racist or chauvinist.
She wants to show us our own debauchery.

Actually everyone is suffering.
Not if Eckhart dwells on it.
Loyalty in lockdown (“Don’t pretend you’re loyal just because nobody else wants you!”), a new sense of shame (“Today exhibitionists jump out of the bushes and tear their masks off their faces”) and, as a treat, a reckoning at the end every opponent of vaccination: "Putin may have the red nuclear button.
