The leader of the Democrats in the US Senate, Chuck Schumer, called the anti-Semitic remarks of the Minister of Lavrov "nauseating".
Schumer, who is of the Jewish religion, accused Russia of wanting to "justify its brutal invasion of Ukraine with an unbalanced conspiracy theory".
