What surprised you the most?
The physical difficulty of what we endure.
We know it's going to be difficult, that we're going to suffer from hunger, but we only really realize it when we're there.
You are quite discreet on screen, how do you explain that?
It's not my personality at all, but in "Koh-Lanta" we have to adapt if we want to go far.

I had to make sure not to make waves, not to stand out too much to be able to continue.
I was lucky to be with adventurers who appreciated and protected me, but I always felt like I had a sword of Damocles hanging over my head.
In the episode broadcast last week, you and your ex-red teammates break Louana's promise to protect Colin.
Why eliminate it at this time?
I left to vote against any other yellow, apart from Nicolas, who was a former green like me.
The old colors have resurfaced: Jean-Charles and Ambre did not want to vote against ex-violets, Géraldine did not want to put the name of Olga, who was a former blue like her, etc.
In the end, all the reds had at least one person they wanted to protect.
They preferred to save those with whom they had affinity among the former scabs, rather than Colin.
Me, as it was the last advice with my cursed bracelet, I followed the movement of the group to take no risk.
It's a regrettable decision, but it's a strategic choice.
How do you explain your defeat in the grapple test, which causes your elimination?
When I arrive on this game, I am neither confident nor worried.
On the few individual events so far, I was rather in the middle of the pack, so I did not see myself losing.
But it had been a few days since I had caught a small cold, so I was a bit out of phase, not very lucid.
Physically, I had reached the end of myself, and the mind was not enough to catch up.
Is it easier to leave on a game rather than being eliminated on the board by the others?
Looking back, I would much rather leave because of my own fault, because it's easier to forgive yourself than having to forgive a betrayal.
When I saw the sadness in the eyes of my red teammates, it proved their sincerity, that everything we experienced before was true.
I hope for them that they will go as far as possible to represent me too.
How much weight have you lost?
Between eight and nine kilos, in twenty-five days of adventure.
It's tough, especially since I didn't go to the end!
If that had been the case, I might have lost a bone!

Was the return to France difficult?
Even today, I find it difficult to deny myself moments of pleasure in terms of food.
We've been deprived so much that if I want to eat chocolate or sweets, I have a hard time restraining myself.
The return to civilization is also very weird: seeing people, the phone ringing in all directions, and putting on a mask!
What was your reaction when you learned that François, whom you met throughout the game, was indicted for manslaughter?
It's something that doesn't concern me and has nothing to do with adventure.
François was a great adventurer who protected me a lot, he was incredible with me.
I am not in favor of the media court, I prefer to let justice be done.
What are your projects today?
I would like to open a YouTube channel to do shows on motorsport and sport in general.
