Many worry that money could run out in old age.

However, there is a savings plan that could allow you to live a dissolute life later.

Riester pension, shares or the good old savings book - which investment option is the perfect one for retirement provision?

The Bild columnist Sebastian Tonn, who specializes in money and finance, has dealt with this question - and has drawn up an incredibly good calculation.

Retirement provision: With this calculation you will be in good shape in old age

So he assumes that a monthly reserve of 20 euros is enough to

live with 100,000 euros in old age

!

Provided you put it on correctly and start early, reports the picture.

The plan should only work out if you start at the age of 20.

And perseverance is the order of the day: 20 euros have to be given up every month until you retire.

Tonn names an investment in a widely diversified stock fund as the best investment option

- via a savings plan.

Such equity funds would have brought in an annual

average return of between seven and eight percent

over the past 100 years.

The future prognosis is good.

Surprising

:

Investing here will make you rich

.

If you set aside 200 euros a month, you will get a million when you retire

Investing in stocks isn't for everyone - fluctuations in stocks weigh heavily on very security-minded people.

Bad years must be taken into account and endured patiently.

In the long term, however, every price slump would have turned positive again given a broad spread

.

According to financial expert Tonn, so-called ETFs – Exchange-Traded Funds –

would be particularly well suited for this

.

These can be saved inexpensively via any direct bank on a monthly basis.

If you can spare 200 euros a month instead of 20, you can

even get a million euros in old age

- provided you start at the age of 20.

But even if you are older, this type of retirement provision is worthwhile.

ETF

: Invest in these index funds - and you'll win.
