A mixed record.
It's an exceptional adventure and I had the chance to experience it.
If I was offered to go back, I would leave with my eyes closed.
But individually, I should have done much better.
I would have liked to win "Koh-Lanta", and I'm going out much too early.
What did you miss?
Winning when it was necessary to win, quite simply.
It would have protected me and allowed me to go much further.
What was the most difficult on a daily basis?
The lack of food, especially since I didn't eat cassava or coconut.
Among the violets, the cassava didn't go through, so it was impossible for me to eat any more afterward.
And the basic coconut, I really don't like that.
At the time of your departure, you are very appreciated, whereas at the beginning of the adventure, there were some tensions.
How do you explain it?
It's an adventure where everything is accelerated.
We must get to know each other in a short time, we do with the affinities of the moment.
I can't blame people for not knowing who I am on a daily basis.
Me, I have this ability to be able to adapt easily.
I've been playing basketball for more than twenty years now, with hundreds of different teammates, I find it easy to deal with those around me.
I think I was myself from start to finish, so it could only go well.
Who are you still close to today?
Of Anne-Sophie and Bastien.
Amber too.
Afterwards, we all talk to each other, we have a group where we can discuss, we hear from each other.
How much weight have you lost?
Fifteen pounds.
I am very marked on the screen, it is quite shocking for me to see myself so thin.
I think I had this figure when I was 15!

Are you surprised at the broadcast of the episodes?
Inevitably, we discover discussions that we did not attend.
I'm quite disappointed to see Nicolas reveal our voting intentions to the former reds.
We spent a lot of time together, we were quite close, at no time was he in danger with us, the yellows.
He certainly must have made stronger friendships when he was at the Greens, and they took over.

Did you think strategy would be one of your strengths?
Yes I like that.
If you don't want to play strategy you don't go to the island!
It's part of the game. Now, we can very well practice strategy while remaining honest, at least that's my opinion.
Was the return to France difficult?
Physically, it was quite complicated to find a balance in terms of food.
Now, I am a sports coach, so I know what to put in place to find a physical athlete.
Two weeks after my return, I replayed my first basketball game.
Then we had the Christmas break and I used it to get back in shape.
Psychologically, we come out tired, but stronger.
This is also why I did “Koh-Lanta”: pushing my physical and psychological limits.

What is the feedback from your loved ones in front of the episodes?
They are proud of me so far.
I annoyed them by inheriting the two cursed bracelets, and also on the pottery test where I was not good.
Overall, they find me in what I do and what I say.
My daughter also appreciates seeing her dad on screen, even if she is not afraid to say that her father was a banana in certain individual events!

What was your reaction when you learned that François, another adventurer of this edition, was indicted for manslaughter?
I don't think I have an opinion to give.
I don't know the ins and outs, I'm not in François' place.
What I can wish him is courage and strength for him in what he may be going through.
