Three new

international partnership agreements, signed on the occasion of the annual meeting of the agencies participating in the international MINDS network, increase the portfolio of strategic collaborations of the ANSA Agency in the area of Northern Europe and the Scandinavian peninsula: these are the ones signed in these days with the Finnish STT agency, the Swedish TT and the Danish RITZAU.

All the collaboration agreements were signed in the presence of the representatives of the Italian Embassies in the three countries involved.

    The partnerships provide for the exchange between the Agencies of their respective information content in English;

the partners will therefore be able to use their respective services for editorial use and will be able to develop joint commercial offers to their customers - media, institutions and companies - in their respective countries.

For the Italian Ambassador in Helsinki

Sergio Pagano

, "the agreement between ANSA and the Finnish news agency STT is part of a process of concrete strengthening of the collaboration, already very thorough, between our two countries, also favored by common belonging to the European family.

The extension of this collaboration also to the information sector is a very significant step, especially in this phase of strong and renewed attention of the Italian public to the events of this friendly nation, located on the north-eastern borders of Europe.

In particular, the agreement between

ANSA and STT

it will allow operators in our countries to benefit from quality information, especially in the economic sphere, allowing greater knowledge of the opportunities offered by this dynamic market, thanks to in-depth studies on the most important sectors in terms of development and on regulatory changes.

I therefore trust that thanks to this new instrument bilateral relations can further benefit, which already last year recorded a new record in trade, which for the first time increased to 5 billion euros ".

"As the Italian Embassy in Denmark, we sincerely express our satisfaction with the signing of the collaboration agreement between our ANSA agency and the Danish Ritzau. These are two realities that have made the history of information in their respective countries and which can now offer a mutual added value to the activities of both. This is even more important in the current circumstances, which see the freedom and impartiality of information constantly threatened by censorship and disinformation in many countries. Cooperation between like-minded subjects is therefore a crucial objective for those who care about the freedom of the press ", declared the Italian Ambassador to Denmark

Luigi Ferrari.

"I welcome with satisfaction the signing of the agreement between ANSA and the homologous Swedish agency TT - commented the Italian Ambassador to Sweden,

Vinicio Mati

-, certain that this renewed collaboration will contribute to an even more detailed information than what happens in both the countries.

In fact, in recent years the need for a broader and more in-depth mutual knowledge has become increasingly evident, an opportunity to be seized to explore the important spaces for collaboration in the political, economic, scientific, social and cultural fields that exist among our two countries.

Through this agreement and the subsequent collaboration that will follow, the Swedes and Italians will have an additional source of information to boost relations between Italy and Sweden. "

Stefano De Alessandri
