The 49-year-old actress re-enacted the cult scene from the Farrelly Brothers movie to promote her wine brand, Avaline, in an Instagram post dated Tuesday, May 3.

It was 24 years ago, and no one has forgotten.

Cameron Diaz recreated his legendary lock of hair, fixed with a very special "gel" in the film

Mary at any price

(1998), for a video praising the merits of his wine brand Avaline, published on Instagram Tuesday, May 3.

The actress gives the answer to the American comedian Benito Skinner, who joins her at home for a drink.

In the video, Cameron Diaz is lounging on her couch wistfully gazing at stills from the Farrelly Brothers movie when the doorbell rang.

Behind the door, surprise: Benito Skinner donned the famous red dress and black boots of the character of Mary.

But above all, a wig topped with the famous lock from the cult scene of the film.

At first surprised, the mother of Raddix Madden, 2 years old, cracks a big smile and “transforms”, too, into Mary, slipping back into the skin (and hairstyle) of her character.

The video ends with the two protagonists sipping a can of Avaline.

All captioned with the following words: “Benito brought me cans of Avaline and that was not the strangest part of our dinner”.

The latter replied in a comment “Health, twin !!”

“I had never done this before”

Cameron Diaz launched Avaline two years ago, accompanied by American entrepreneur Katherine Power.

Its organic products are available in a dry white, a medium-bodied red and a crisp rosé, made in the Rhône.

The actress recounts the birth of the brand on her website: “My friend Katherine Power and I were catching up on lost time over a drink.

As the wine flowed, we started talking about it.

After a while we said to ourselves “We like wine, what's in it?

Can we really drink that?

How can we drink more?”

We started asking ourselves questions about our wine;

which is crazy, because I've never done it before.

I just thought it was fermented grapes (...)”.

In video, Cameron Diaz: "The French are more comfortable than us to talk about sex"

All Avaline wines, made from organic grapes, are vegan, with no added sugars, colorings or preservatives.
