10 BILLION FOR EXPENSIVE MATERIALS AND TRANSPORT
New resources of over 9.5 billion, in addition to the 470 million already foreseen, to face the increases in the prices of construction materials, fuels and energy products in 2022 and ensure the construction of public works and projects financed with the Pnrr and the Pnc;
rules to encourage investments by motorway concessionaires and prevent higher costs from being reflected in tolls;
a voucher to encourage the use of public transport.
