The Minister of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility, Enrico Giovannini, said about an emergency plan for mobility in the event of insufficient energy supplies.
"Having a plan - added Giovannini - means believing that such a case may take place shortly and with high probability" but it is not the situation at the moment.
