In fact, payments made by 9 May will be considered valid, in consideration of the holidays and the 5 days of tolerance provided with respect to the deadline of April 30, set by the law converting the Sostegni-ter decree.

The provision, which defined new terms to comply with the payments of the facilitated definition of the bills, allows taxpayers who have not managed to pay the installments scheduled for 2020 by 9 December last to take advantage of this new opportunity and maintain the facilities. expected.


    Payment must be made using the bulletins already sent by the Revenue Agency-Collection and referring to the original deadlines of the 2020 installments (February, May, July and November for the "Scrapping-ter"; March and July for the "Balance and excerpt" ) which can also be requested on the website www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it.

In case of payments after the deadline or for partial amounts, the benefits of the subsidized measure will cease and the payments already made will be considered as an advance on the sums due.

The "Sostegni-ter" decree also defined new terms for the payment of the installments of the "Scrapping-ter" and the "Balance and excerpt" originally expiring in 2021, as well as for those of the facilitated settlement envisaged in 2022,
