The developers say that the hotel will also address a developing employment and commercial area that attracts businesses including high-tech companies, banks, credit, insurance companies and more in the amount of 1,500,000 square meters and are expected to attract local and international commercial activity alongside 5,000 apartments in the 1000 complex. In addition, the entire area is defined by the state as a tourist development area that includes hiking trails, nature reserves, a seven-kilometer stretch of beach, which attracts hikers, water sports enthusiasts and more.
