Chicken breast is not just schnitzel.

If prepared correctly, a particularly juicy and delicious chicken breast is obtained, which the children will also go crazy over.

I love to make it because it is really quick to make, healthy and serves as a great addition to any salad.



No frying without dipping in flour, egg and then bread crumbs.

A few minutes of preparation, soak decently in a sauce of mustard, sesame seeds and spices and straight into the oven.



Just be sure to take it out of the oven in time and give it a few minutes to rest before you slice and pounce.

Chicken breast in sesame seeds and mustard roasted in the oven

Ingredients

    • 1 whole chicken breast (butterfly), divided into two pieces

    • 1 tablespoon

    • 2 tablespoons smooth mustard

    • ½ Paprika

    • 1 as a crystalline application

    • 1 teaspoon of cumin

    • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 3 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 tablespoon some herbs you like, chopped

Preparation

How to make chicken breast in the oven?

  • 1 Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and coat the chicken breast with them.

    Cover the bowl and refrigerate for two hours.

  • 2 Preheat oven to 170 degrees and line a pan with baking paper.

  • 3 Place the chicken breast on the baking paper and pour over the remaining sauce in the bowl.

  • Put in the hot oven for 25 minutes.

    When done, raise the temperature to 180 for another 5 minutes and remove.

  • 5 Let the fly rest for 5 minutes and only then slice.

    Serve hot and possibly cold as an addition to a salad.
