Chicken breast is not just schnitzel.
If prepared correctly, a particularly juicy and delicious chicken breast is obtained, which the children will also go crazy over.
I love to make it because it is really quick to make, healthy and serves as a great addition to any salad.
No frying without dipping in flour, egg and then bread crumbs.
A few minutes of preparation, soak decently in a sauce of mustard, sesame seeds and spices and straight into the oven.
Just be sure to take it out of the oven in time and give it a few minutes to rest before you slice and pounce.

Chicken breast in sesame seeds and mustard roasted in the oven
Ingredients
1 whole chicken breast (butterfly), divided into two pieces
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons smooth mustard
½ Paprika
1 as a crystalline application
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon some herbs you like, chopped

Preparation
How to make chicken breast in the oven?
1 Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and coat the chicken breast with them.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for two hours.
2 Preheat oven to 170 degrees and line a pan with baking paper.
3 Place the chicken breast on the baking paper and pour over the remaining sauce in the bowl.
Put in the hot oven for 25 minutes.
When done, raise the temperature to 180 for another 5 minutes and remove.
5 Let the fly rest for 5 minutes and only then slice.
Serve hot and possibly cold as an addition to a salad.
