Shaking air vortices did not seem to be the only thing that caused an extreme commotion that erupted on the flight between Manchester in the UK and Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

It was a huge brawl that broke out between some of the passengers.

TMZ website reports that passengers on a KLM flight last Thursday experienced a wild scene, in which a group of passengers hit each other.

A video posted on social media shows, for example, one passenger hitting another passenger with a constant barrage of punches.

The commotion was so extreme that the pilot had to announce his expected landing in advance, and by the way called police officers who would wait for the rioters immediately after the plane landed.

Is it all because of a racist remark?

In the video, several passengers are heard shouting at the rioters and trying to get them to stop the violence, in vain.

Eventually, the flight crew was able to stop the brawl.

Right now, it is not clear what exactly caused the brawl, but the passenger who posted the video noted that the tension was "brewing during the entire flight" after someone allegedly made a racist remark.

It was further reported that the Dutch police told reporters that as soon as the plane landed in Amsterdam, policemen boarded the plane and arrested six passengers, all British.

The police transferred the handling of the matter to the State Attorney's Office, for the purpose of imposing charges.
