Israel's first hummus festival, all over the country

The best chefs, restaurants and culinary people in Israel, came together on the occasion of the first hummus festival of its kind in the country.

Chef meals centered on chickpeas as a raw material will be offered throughout the country, special brunch meals will be held at Roberta Vinci, Alter, Pastel, Dalida and more.

Culinary tours will be held around the popular dish, surprising hummus dishes will be served in the largest hummus shop in the country that will open in Sharona Market and where, for the first time in Israel, a pop-up "Achla" hummus shop will be set up, serving fresh hummus prepared at the touch of a button.
